肖统,生于襄阳,梁朝文学家,为梁武帝肖衍长子,史称昭明太子。
Xiao Tong, the Prince Zhaoming, was born in Xiangyang. He was the oldest son of Emperor Wu of Liang.

Instead of pursuing an official career, Meng Haoran spent most of his life in Xiangyang and wrote about 200 poems to praise the beauty of his hometown.
